His name is not revealed in the show, so fans just call him "薬売り"(Medicine seller ). The show talks about classic horror stories in Japan, and this guy is the main character of the last story "Bakeneko". ..I just fall in love with this guy...I don't know how to describe the story without spoiler!you have to watch it yourself.
